Gone to the Lake
We've barely unpacked and are heading out of town to the lake. My son is performing a musical solo and, since we're his number one fans, we don't want to miss it. My husband and I plan to spend the night and come home in the morning. All our at-home chores will have to wait. The summer is short and vacation time is ticking. More photo ops and fun to be had. Stay tuned. Pictures are DEFINITELY forthcoming!

Hi Penny - don't have your email but will try to answer about links. Also, I don't know if you're on the new "blogger", but regardless, you have to sign into blogger.com, go into your links section (I think even on old blogger, you'll see that) and just add your new ones, i.e. http://whispering-hope.blogspot.com, for mine. If that doesn't work, let me know. :)

This is Penny, Ellen's friend? welcome to Blog land. I post, but not daily like I used to. I find that it was becoming my LIFE and I had other things I had to do. But going to see your son in a concert is waaay important. I sat through two kids from 4th grade through High School (some very GRUELING concerts too)and would do it all over again. It is such a benefit to them.
